If you are anything like me, you probably felt the hibernation sleepiness. You might have also experienced comfort food cravings and the need for a burst of sugary energy!
And now…
We want to shake off those wintery feels and get ready for the bloom that spring brings.
I bet you’re thinkin’, where do I even start?
The answer is right under our nose, MAKE A LIST!
Go through your pantry and cabinets and see what you have stocked up and what would make a great addition.
Next is another list called… a menu.
That’s right, meal plan!
We tend to think more clear when we already have our meals planned out for the day. When we don’t know what we are going to be eating, we start to panic. Then, we grab or go for whatever first pops into our brain.
So write your weekly meals on a notepad or menu board on your frig. And not only that, but snack plan too! I always have a healthy selection of snacks laying around for those moments where I feel snackish.
