Protection Over the Lost

Where’d you come from,
tiny friend?
Healing wishes
I shall send.

Across the miles,
through dark and fear,
May warmth and safety
draw you near.

By earth beneath
and sky above,
I wrap you now
in guarded love.

No harm may touch,
no hunger bind.
Only gentle hands
you shall find.

A barrier bright,
both fierce and calm,
Surrounds your body,
soul, and paw.

Until you’re home,
or safely led,
By unseen light
your path is spread.

Light a white candle for protection. Sprinkle a small circle of salt as your “barrier”. Visualize a soft golden dome forming around the animal. Speak it slowly, like you’re tucking something fragile into safety.
