Today we are going to focus on the arms.

I use my arms a lot in both my personal life and work life. I am still searching for the perfect arm toning workout.

It’s really not a one workout fits all when it comes to trying to tone your arms. I believe it is because there are many different muscles in our arms. Not only that, but each person has their own capacity threshold when it comes to strength.

In summary, arm workouts you perform today will not have the same effect the next time.

So let’s start with something easy and work our way up.

Dumbbells.

If you don’t have weights at home, you can use cans of beans. One for each arm. You will be surprised at the amount of muscles you use with just a can of beans. The effect varies depending on the angle and height at which you decide to do arm curls or raises.

So let me see what you are made of.

Let’s get those wings to flappin’.
