Workout of the Day.

Happy Wednesday folks!

I’m going to be honest, I’m kinda dreading today. I have been putting this workout off for a couple of months now. So much so that I have been doing replacement workouts instead.

THE CRUNCH.

I absolutely loath doing crunches.

With a passion…

There isn’t a workout in this world that puts me in my place like crunches do.

So let’s do a few stretches to procrastinate the time before getting down on the floor.
