
Merry Wednesday!
We are going to start this month strong with some JUMPING JACKS!
As a mama of 3 children under the age of 5, I always have to make sure I empty my bladder before I bust out some jumping jacks. That is my main recommendation! haha
But even this simple movement can be done either slowly or at a moderate pace.
So choose your speed, and get to jumping.
Your body will let you know when it’s time to stop.
And that’s when you should listen.
Keep score of how many you were able to do. Then try and beat that score daily!
