Think back to the last time you stretched your body? Really, stretched your body. I’m talking about those long, twenty minute, deep, full body extensions. The ones where find yourself meditating as you bend and fold your shoulders to your knees. The kind of stretches that feel so good that you make a mental promise to do it each day. Even though you might not.
That is what we are doing today! Full body stretches. I like to start from my neck to my toes. On my feet, to finishing on my bottom. I do have a particular full body stretch that I do daily. I want to hear what are some of your favorite stretches?
