Workout of the Day!

Hey hey hey!

Don’t be mad at me…

but we are getting down on the floor.

If you have a 2 or 5 pound dumbbell and want to try something a bit more complex, grab em.

Today we are doing Russian Twists!

This is a great core workout! It also is good for your sciatica.

So grab the dumbbells, get on the floor, and try doing 10 on each side. If that’s too easy for you, go for gold! And by gold I mean 100. Just kidding. Maybe not.

Anywho, this is one of those workouts that won’t ever get old and will always be good for you. So whether you are starting at 10 or 100, it’s beneficial.
