Workout of the Day!

Happy Wednesday guys! How did last week go?

Today our daily workout is THE JACKKNIFE.

I really like this one because it’s a move that you can do almost anywhere (if you aren’t too shy).

The jackknife builds strength in your core using multiple other muscle groups including biceps, shoulders, your back, buns, and thighs.

So get those hands up!

Right finger tips to left toes straight out in front of you and switch sides. Left finger tips to right toes.

The more Frankenstein, the better.
