Last year, I made a few nutritional posts. They were fine. However, they felt more like I was writing an essay for a college class (if you know what I mean).
Anywho! This next year will be different. I took some time to reflect deeply. Fitness being one of the four core values in my life. I wanted to try and implement that with you guys! So we shall workout together, each week, on Wednesdays! This makes things ultra simple because it is doable. I will start with beginner movements and slowly up the antics. Praying for limberness and patience. And who knows, maybe it will go from workout of the day, to workout of the week! Fingers crossed.
So who is with me? I am totally open to hearing about your favorite workouts that you know have helped you in the past. 2026 is our year!
